Return & Refund Policy – Ferraro Torino

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Sale items may not be eligible for full refunds.
